Jan has been a member of KR for 23 years as well as ringing in her church program (Westwood United Methodist Church) for 24 years.  She also directs a small ensemble group at Westwood.  During her non-ringing hours, Jan is a legal assistant at a law firm in Kalamazoo.  Her husband, Bill, is one of the original “bell boys”, husbands who strongly support the choir and are always there to help carry the equipment.  They have one grown daughter, Mary, and a young granddaughter, Lauren.
